The "Neuland" exhibition in Thun is in preparation
Petr Beránek will be present in person at the "Neuland" exhibition in Thun from 31 October to 3 November.
In 2012, Thun was for the first time the inspiration for a "Secrets of ..." series.
A tribute to the crime novel "Flattermann"
An art event on the theme of literature in the Garden of the Zwei Ufer (between Strasbourg and Kehl). The contribution by Maria Martin and Petr Beránek – the artwork "Flattermann" – was created on May 11, 2024 and is based on the crime novel "Flattermann" by Hansjörg Schneider. The novel captivates with its expressive and realistic descriptions, which bring the detective to life during his case in Basel and France.
A total of 23 artists from France, Germany and Switzerland took part. The exhibition in the Garden of the Zwei Ufer lasted until October 1.
DUOs – a collaboration with Didier Guth
Two print experts and friends agree on format, colours and subject matter at the printing press. In three work sessions in 2023, monotypes with gum prints were created that convey the independence of both artists.
